In December, Cascade Junior High School Robotics team, the ‘Techno Tigers,’ made a trial presentation demonstrating field burning cutbacks based on their theme, the Effect of Climate Change on Agriculture, by simulating baling, vacuuming seeds, spores, etc. at Sara Burr's home for our chapter. They also introduced the robot they had built from Lego robotic parts. M/C also held their annual holiday “greens party” at Sara’s workshop and they collected teddy bears which they also do annually for the Marion County Sheriffs to give to children being removed from crisis situations
