Thursday, March 5, 2026

3 pm – Hotel Check In
4 pm- 5 pm – County Presidents Meeting
5 pm- 9 pm- Welcome Reception and Registration and Town Hall. Light food available, no-host beverages.
9 pm – 10:30 pm- Hospitality Room open 

Friday, March 6, 2026

7 am- 8 am- Breakfast and Registration
8 am- 12 pm- State Meeting followed by morning speakers (to be determined)
12:00 pm -4:45 pm Conference Tours- Kristof Farms, Thornton Ranch and Berger International Seed
5:30-6:30 pm – Social Hour & Vendor Fair (no-host beverages available)
6:30- 7:30 pm Dinner 
7:30 pm- Speaker, Leah Peterson “Clear Creek Ranch Mom”, Nebraska
Following Speaker- 10:30 pm – Hospitality Room

What’s Included and Tips for Convention

  • Swag bag, raffle items, transportation to/from tours, light dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch and served dinner Friday, morning refreshments Saturday.
  • If you plan to only attend the OWA State Board and Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, there is no cost. Please come and see what our State Board is all about!
  • Tour Tips: Please prepare for being outdoors during the tours, we recommend boots/sturdy shoes and heavy jackets.

Accessibility

Please note that the banquet facility is not fully ADA compliant and requires guests to navigate approximately 10 steps to enter. We will have volunteers available to assist as needed. If you have any accessibility needs, please don’t hesitate to let us know how we can best support you.

Vendor Fair

Convention attendees are invited to participate in a small vendor fair held prior to the banquet. This is open to members who sell products or services, including crafts, retail items, and direct-sales businesses. Participation is free. Please indicate on the registration form if you are interested and a member of the Yamhill Chapter will be in touch with additional information.
