For members of Sigma Alpha in their senior year at Oregon State University.

Sigma Alpha Professional Agricultural Sorority Scholarship

The purpose of the $1,000 scholarship is to encourage a student in her senior year of study in a field of agriculture at Oregon State University and who is a member, in good standing, of the Sigma Alpha Professional Agricultural Sorority. Preference will be given to those with involvement in Oregon Women for Agriculture (OWA) chapters, events and activities.

Scholarship funds will be written to recipient’s OSU Student Account. Applications must be received by October 27, 2025 and recipient will be notified by December 15th. Selection will be made by a committee of three OWA State Board Members appointed by the presiding president. There will be no in-person interview. Transcripts are not required.

Selections will be made on the basis of the student’s response to this essay topic: Oregon Women for Agriculture is dedicated to educating the public, advocating for agriculture, and supporting future leaders in the industry.
