This past weekend, Oregon Women for Agriculture was proud to take part in the Annual Oregon Ag Fest in Salem! It was a fantastic two days of sharing, learning, and connecting with the community about the importance of agriculture in our state.

Central Oregon Member, Carole Richards, with the new spinning wheel.

A new activity, participants guess where the top 10 Oregon Commodities are grown by Regions/Counties in Oregon.
At our booth, we debuted our new trivia spinning wheel — a big hit with visitors of all ages — and engaged attendees with our Top 10 Ag Commodity activity and a fun seed-matching game. These hands-on activities were a great way to spark conversations and teach kids and families about Oregon’s diverse agricultural industry.
A heartfelt thank you goes out to all the OWA members and their families who volunteered their time to make our booth such a success. Your enthusiasm and dedication truly helped make this event memorable!
We can’t wait to be back next year to continue celebrating and supporting Oregon agriculture!
